The Bag Dump Hopper is equipment manufactured by PCEM TECHNOLOGIES commonly used in the Pneumatic Conveying systems for feeding of bags with powdered materials. This equipment is an ideal solution if you are manually opening bags of powdered materials.

The Bag Dump Hopper supplied to you consists of a bag filter with Reverse Pulse Jet arrangement. The dust liberated during the feeding of the bags containing the powdered material gets sucked by the C-Fan provided on the equipment, is filtered through the filter bags and clean air is allowed to go to atmosphere.

The integral filter unit of the equipment contains filter bags made out of polyester non woven polyester needle felt (127 Dia X 900 Long). The bags are arranged in rows of 3 bags each. The Centrifugal fan provided on top of the equipment is for creating a vacuum for suction in the filter unit.
